Four existing town houses on the main street leading through Warwick town centre have been substantially renovated with additional extensions and private gardens at the back to meet the highest standards of contemporary, luxury living. In addition, two new coach houses were built in the inner courtyard offering more private living space away from the main road, yet on the doorstep of the town centre. A conservation approach together with meticulous attention to detail has resulted in an aesthetically pleasing, yet unobtrusive project which provides high quality living space for residents of this historic town.
