BMW & MINI showroom is located in one of the former industrial estates in Sheffield that is currently undergoing re-development with plans to transform the area into a modern, vibrant retail zone. The renovated warehouse building covers more than 10,000 sq. ft, is almost 150 m long, has 3 stories and features some double height spaces as well as lightwells to introduce more natural sunlight into the workshop area. The building programme consists of a new and used car showroom, MOT facilities, service workshop with 41 service bays and cosmetic repair centre. The building has been designed in compliance with the latest brand guidelines and we have worked to produce a design which delivers on both appearance and functionality.
